1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Daraz Bet website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the Daraz Bet platform, including visitors who browse without registering.

Daraz Bet reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version takes precedence in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Daraz Bet, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have not previously had a Daraz Bet account closed for violations of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Daraz Bet employee.

Daraz Bet may request proof of age at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, your account will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the Daraz Bet platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• One account per person — no exceptions.
• Registration information must match your government-issued ID.
• You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Daraz Bet may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing KYC obligations.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or operate your account — is prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Daraz Bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification steps.

• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. Delays caused by your payment provider are outside Daraz Bet's control.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals above ৳50,000 are subject to manual review and may take up to 24 hours.
• Daraz Bet does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete.

Daraz Bet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Daraz Bet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account balance.
• Real-money funds are used first when placing wagers, unless the specific game or promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Expired bonuses are removed automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Daraz Bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the Daraz Bet platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by Daraz Bet, the game provider, or the player. Independent audits of the RNG systems are conducted on a regular schedule.

• Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's account.
• If a game displays an incorrect payout due to a software error, Daraz Bet reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the balance accordingly, regardless of whether the funds have been withdrawn.
• Live dealer game results are final once the round is closed. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the game round in question.
• Daraz Bet is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Daraz Bet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and likely permanent closure with forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Daraz Bet staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Daraz Bet platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

Daraz Bet is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players directly from the account dashboard:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — set by the player and enforced immediately.
• Session time reminders — notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality checks — periodic pop-ups showing time spent and net wagering position.
• Self-exclusion — temporary (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent exclusion from the platform.
• Cooling-off period — a short break of 24 hours to 7 days with no override option.

Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour of submission and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Privacy and Data

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Daraz Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that a player has violated these terms. Reasonable cause includes but is not limited to:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false identity information.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
• Use of prohibited software or collusion with other players.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the player's own request — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

11 Limitation of Liability

Daraz Bet provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game results, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Daraz Bet is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or bonus terms.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays or errors in processing transactions.

In all cases, Daraz Bet's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Changes to These Terms

Daraz Bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

If you disagree with any updated terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure. Continued use of Daraz Bet after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
